ABB Multiwave analyser system for Hazardous area completed with sample pump for low pressure sample transport to the system mounted within a bespoke GRP cubicle with lighting, EXD enclosure for pump start/ stop and low flow signals. Internal power distribution and heating to maintain a suitable temperature for the analysis.

Ofgen Gas To Grid Analyser System

Aits in partnership with EMERSON are currently replacing obsolete Emerson Gas Chromatograph (GC's) analysers across 10 sites possible more in the future, Some sites required replacement of complete analyser houses and we had to complete the system upgrade by reusing existing cables and heated lines planning and preparation to minimize down time and complete hand over to the Emerson service engneer was critical.

Sample System In Partnership with AMCS

This compact Sample conditioning system was designed and delivered complete with Drawing package and 3.1 material certification. Analyser to be supplied is a Distillation Analyser supplied by AMCS.

System In Partnership with AMCS

A single stream Liquid sample conditioning system with dual fast loop membrane filter housings to supply four individual Analysers. The analysers - Cloud Point, Total Sulphur, Dsitillation and Flash point supplied by AMCS.

ABB CEM'S System

This CEMS house is the third repeat order from ABB for Phillips 66 refinery on the Humber. Successful completion, FAT and disp[atched to site on time. The analyser housing supplied was GRP with a steel PFC base section overlaid with checker plate. Gas detection, power distribution, air conditioning amomngst the many other design features.
